Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the twinkaboo website accessible at twinkaboo.net, including all games, services, features, and content available thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account opened by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, bingo, live dealer game, or other interactive wagering product made available through the Platform, including but not limited to Bingo, Slot, Mine, Lucky Dice, and twinkaboo Casino products.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a real-money stake placed on a Game outcome using funds from a Player's Account Balance.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Player's Account subject to specific terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and source-of-funds verification.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Applicable Regulations" means all laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines applicable to online gaming in the Philippines and to twinkaboo's operations as they may apply.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, completing the account registration process, or using any service offered by twinkaboo, you irrevocably accept these Terms and any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms take effect from the date you first register an Account or, if earlier, the date you first access the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. Filipino players may contact support at any time for clarification of any clause.

Section 3

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of twinkaboo, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by twinkaboo or any applicable gaming authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party; and
• Opening or using an Account does not constitute a violation of any law or regulation applicable to you.

twinkaboo reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of any pending winnings where permitted by applicable law.

Section 4

Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

To access the Platform's real-money features, you must register a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the twinkaboo Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If twinkaboo identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances held pending investigation. The opening of multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, wager requirements, or account limitations is treated as fraudulent conduct.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. twinkaboo will never ask you for your full password via email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. You agree to notify twinkaboo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

twinkaboo applies Know Your Customer procedures in compliance with Applicable Regulations. We may require you to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS card, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal. Delays in providing requested documentation may result in delays to withdrawal processing.

Section 5

Deposits & Payments

twinkaboo accepts deposits denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). All Account Balances are held and displayed in PHP. Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of your transaction.

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the Platform's cashier page. twinkaboo does not charge deposit fees on standard Philippine e-wallet transactions, though your payment provider's own fees, if any, remain your responsibility.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your twinkaboo Account are legally obtained and that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. twinkaboo reserves the right to refuse any deposit or to request additional verification of any transaction that triggers anti-money laundering compliance thresholds or appears inconsistent with your normal activity.

Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your Account Balance and converted into active play. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred before wagering begins.

Section 6

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of Account Balance funds subject to the following conditions being met: (a) your Account has passed KYC verification; (b) you have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) you have not triggered any fraud or suspicious activity flags; and (d) your requested amount does not exceed available withdrawable balance.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. GCash and Maya withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) hour during operational hours, though actual receipt times may vary based on network and provider conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

twinkaboo reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds as required under Applicable Regulations. We may request additional documentation including source-of-funds evidence for large withdrawal requests. Provision of false or misleading documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Section 7

Bonuses & Promotions

twinkaboo may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback arrangements, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility, and expiry dates.

Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is thirty-five times (35×) the bonus amount. Bonus terms are displayed in full on the promotions page within the Platform.

twinkaboo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, system errors, or if the promotion has been taken advantage of in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. Players found to have abused the bonus system — including through multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotions, or any other manipulative behavior — may have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited.

Section 8

Gameplay Rules

Each game available on the twinkaboo Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. General gameplay principles include:

• All game outcomes on slot and RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generators that operate independently of previous game results and account history.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical actions — card dealing, wheel spins, dice rolls — conducted by human dealers in monitored studio environments.
• Malfunctions in a game's software or hardware void all affected bets and plays. In such circumstances, twinkaboo will refund the affected wagers to your Account Balance.
• twinkaboo's records of game transactions are the definitive record of play. In the event of a dispute, the Platform's server-side transaction logs take precedence over any client-side display.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are displayed within each game's information panel and reflect the theoretical long-term statistical payout rate, not a guaranteed return on any individual session.

Section 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the twinkaboo Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture (to the extent permitted by applicable law), and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an Account while under 21 years of age, or permitting a minor to use your Account;
• Registering or maintaining multiple Accounts;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using any software, robot, bot, spider, script, or other automated tool to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated bonus abuse;
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or support interactions;
• Accessing the Platform through proxies, VPNs, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions; and
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing twinkaboo staff or other players.

Section 10

Responsible Gaming

twinkaboo provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible from the account settings dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at specified intervals to remind you of time spent playing.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing your net session result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the minimum period selected.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the twinkaboo Platform — including but not limited to the twinkaboo brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the property of twinkaboo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

twinkaboo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; reverse engineer or decompile any Platform software; scrape or systematically extract data from the Platform; or use any Platform content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorized use of twinkaboo's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Section 12

Privacy & Data

twinkaboo processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

twinkaboo complies with applicable data protection laws and takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with licensed third-party game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or our operating licenses.

Section 13

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, twinkaboo's total liability to you in connection with the Platform, however arising (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise), shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

twinkaboo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other economic loss, arising in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

twinkaboo does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network issues, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability from time to time. twinkaboo shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.

Section 14

Account Suspension & Termination

twinkaboo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request;
• A competent authority or regulator requires us to do so;
• Continuation of your Account would expose twinkaboo to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; or
• You request voluntary account closure.

Upon account closure for breach, twinkaboo may withhold funds pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. We recommend withdrawing your Balance before requesting closure. Accounts closed voluntarily retain withdrawal rights for any Balance at the time of closure.

Section 15

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the twinkaboo Platform, your Account, or any transaction, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. twinkaboo commits to acknowledging all complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and resolving them within thirty (30) days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body or dispute resolution service with jurisdiction over twinkaboo's operations. Details of applicable escalation channels are available from our support team on request.

Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within fourteen (14) days of the relevant game session. Disputes raised outside this period may not be accepted. twinkaboo's server-side transaction logs are the primary evidence of record in all game outcome disputes.

Section 16

Amendments

twinkaboo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email to the address registered to your Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Where changes are required urgently to comply with regulatory requirements or to address security concerns, they may take effect immediately without advance notice. All other amendments will take effect no less than fourteen (14) days after notification to Players.

The current version of these Terms is always available at twinkaboo.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 17

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. twinkaboo operates in full compliance with applicable gaming regulations covering Philippine players. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under Philippine consumer protection law.

These Terms do not constitute an offer to persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or where twinkaboo does not hold the applicable licenses or permissions to offer its services. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
