You have the right to object to processing of your personal data where that processing is based on legitimate interests, including profiling for marketing purposes. We will cease processing unless compelling legitimate grounds override your interests.
Right to Data Portability
Where processing is based on your consent or contract performance, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format to transmit to another data controller.
Right to Withdraw Consent

twinkaboo uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform to support Platform functionality, enhance your experience, and gather analytics data. The following types of cookies may be used:
twinkaboo does not use third-party advertising cookies or allow advertising networks to place tracking cookies on the Platform without your explicit consent. Minors & Age Verification
21+ Requirement: The twinkaboo Platform is strictly for users who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. twinkaboo does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the KYC process before any withdrawal may be processed.
If twinkaboo discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that an Account has been registered by or for a person under the age of 21, we will: immediately suspend access to the Account; conduct an investigation and identity review; and where a minor's involvement is confirmed, permanently close the Account and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law. Any deposits made and funds held in such an Account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your receipt of transactional and operational communications, such as Account security alerts, deposit and withdrawal confirmations, KYC requests, and important Policy updates. twinkaboo reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, the services we offer, or applicable legal requirements. The current version of this Policy is always accessible at twinkaboo.net/privacy-policy.
Where changes are material — affecting the nature or scope of data collection, introducing new purposes, or altering your rights — we will notify you by email to your registered address at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
